Analisa fundamental adalah hal-hal yang mewakili ekonomi suatu negara secara umum. Biasanya analisa ini diwakili oleh berita (news) yang berulang secara periodik dan mampu mengerakan pasar pada saat itu. Pengaruh dari fundamental ini pada umumnya bersifat sementara walau kadang bisa mempengaruhi trend secara makro di waktu mendatang.

Dengan mengamati dan mempelajari data-data ekonomi tersebut, seakan-akan Anda mencoba untuk “mengintip” kemungkinan pergerakan harga selanjutnya.

Sebenarnya bagaimana caranya?

Sebenarnya Anda bisa memanfaatkan sumber seperti www.forexfactory.com. Website tersebut menyajikan data-data ekonomi dari beberapa negara penting yang dianggap bisa menggerakkan pasar.

Namun Anda harus ingat bahwa hal tersebut bukan berarti tanpa resiko. Anda harus tetap ingat bahwa tingkat pergerakan volatilitas harga meningkat saat berita di rilis dan cukup sulit untuk menduga kemana harga akan bergerak. Mengenal Forexfactory.com

1. Menyamakan Zona Waktu

a.Klik link untuk angka jam di sebelah tombol “Login”. Anda bisa melihat link tersebut dalam bentuk jam yang terletak dekat dengan date & today calendar.



b. Pada bagian “Time Zone”, pilih “(GMT+7:00 ) Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta”. Sedangkan pada bagian DST, pilih “DST Off”. Lalu klik “Save Settings”.

2. Penyaringan Berita

Secara default www.forexfactory.com akan menampilkan semua berita dari beberapa mata uang utama yang cukup panjang dan rumit. Agar bisa fokus terhadap mata uang yang sedang di-trading-kan, berikut tips-tipsnya :

a. Klik menu “Filter” di bagian kanan website

b. Pilih mata uang yang ingin diamati

c. Pilih tingkat pengaruh dari berita ( Merah : High Impact, Orange : Medium Impact, Kuning : Low Impact, Putih : Non Economic)

d. Pilih Type Berita

e. Klik tombol “ Apply Filter “

3. Analisis Berita

Setelah melakukan langkah penyaringan diatas, maka daftar berita seminggu yang ditampilkan akan lebih jauh lebih pendek dan mudah untuk diamati. Berikut penjelasan dari menu-menunya :

a.Date dan time: Tanggal dan waktu dari berita

b.Currency: Mata uang yang dipengaruhi berita

c.Impact: Tingkat pengaruh berita

d.Detail: Tombol ini dapat ditekan untuk mendapatkan penjelasan lebih detail atas berita. Pengaruh berita ini dapat dipelajari dari informasi “usual impact“

e.Actual: angka yang akan dirilis

f. Forecast: Prediksi berdasarkan analisis para ahli

g.Previous: Angka periode sebelumnya untuk data yang sama



4. Arti Berita dan Dampaknya

Untuk dapat mengerti arti dari berita tersebut dan dampaknya, Anda dapat melakukan hal berikut :

a. Klik gambar folder (kolom “Detail”)



b. Kolom “Specs” untuk mengetahui detail berita dan kolom history untuk melihat hasil rilis data sebelumnya. Bagian “Usual Effect” merupakan dampak berita terhadap pergerakan mata uang negara yang bersangkutan. Jika data rilis berwarna hijau berarti bagus untuk mata uang tersebut, jika data rilis berwarna merah berarti buruk untuk mata uang tersebut.



Strategi Trading

Nah, sekarang kita akan membahas mengenai strategi memanfaatkan berita. Perlu diingat bahwa sebaiknya Anda hanya memanfaatkan data-data ekonomi yang mempunyai dampak besar terhadap pergerakan harga, yaitu data yang memiliki ikon yang berwarna merah seperti ini:, karena data data seperti itulah yang tergolong “data penting”, atau istilahnya “big figure”. Contoh yang paling populer adalah data non-farm payrolls Amerika Serikat (di Forexfactory.com namanya adalah Non-Farm Employment Change).



Berikut ini contoh strategi yang bisa Anda manfaatkan saat data non-farm payrolls akan dirilis. Perhatikan grafik USD/JPY di bawah ini sebelum data di rilis :



1. Tentukan harga tertinggi dan harga terendah dari candle – candle pada hari bersangkutan. (sangat baik jika kondisi harga dalam keadaan sideways sebelum data di rilis)



2. Pasang Pending Order Buy Stop di harga 103.157 dengan take profit dan stop loss masing – masing 30 point (risk and reward 1 : 1)

3. Pasang Pending Order Sell Stop di harga 102.828 dengan take profit dan stop loss masing – masing 30 point (risk and reward 1 : 1)

4. Jika salah satu pending order kena, maka tutuplah pending order lawannya.

5. Ternyata hasil data rilis bagus untuk USD (berwarna hijau) dan USD menguat dratis sekitar 50 point. Dalam contoh di bawah terlihat datanya naik dari 129K menjadi 175K, padahal “forecast”-nya hanya 151K.

Berita Ekonomi Penting Dalam Trading Forex

Saat ini ada berbagai macam berita ekonomi yang dapat mempengaruhi pergerakan mata uang, namun tidak semua berita tersebut berpengaruh secara signifikan. Berikut ini adalah beberapa berita Ekonomi / Fundamental penting yang berpengaruh pada hampir semua mata uang yang diperdagangkan :


1. Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) | Rata-rata Pergerakan 100 - 200 pips
NFP merupakan sebuah komponen laporan dari Biro Statistik Tenaga Kerja Amerika Serikat yang berisikan jumlah penambahan atau pengurangan pekerjaan di Amerika tanpa termasuk sektor pertanian, pemerintah, privat, dan organisasi non-profit.
Jadwal Rilis : jumat pertama tiap bulan 8:30AM EST (Eastern Time – waktu New York) atau pukul 20.30 WIB


2. Retail Sales Report | Rata-rata Pergerakan 75 pips
Retail Sales Report adalah nilai dollar barang yang terjual dalam sektor ritel menggunakan data berbagai perusahaan yang menjual barang langsung ke konsumen.
Jadwal Rilis : Sekitar tanggal 13 tiap bulan 8:30AM EST atau pukul 20.30 WIB


3. Trade Balance USA | Rata-rata Pergerakan 70 pips
Trade balance (neraca perdagangan) adalah sebuah indikator ukuran perdagangan antara AS dan seluruh dunia. Trader balance ditentukan berdasarkan selisih antara nilai impor dan ekspor suatu barang atau jasa dalam periode tertentu.
Jadwal Rilis : sekitar tanggal 19 tiap bulan 8:30AM EST (EasternStandardTime) atau pukul 20.30 WIB


4. Interest Rate Statement (FOMC Meeting) | Rata-rata Pergerakan 60 pips
Bank sentral mengumumkan kebijakan suku bunga sebagai patokan di setiap bank. Suku bunga tersebut pada akhirnya akan menentukan besarnya suku bunga deposito, kredit, tabungan dan berbagai kebijakan pinjam-meminjam lainnya pada dunia perbankan di negara itu.
Jadwal Rilis : 8 kali dalam 1 tahun

5. Consumer Price Index / CPI | Rata-rata Pergerakan 60 pip
CPI adalah sebuah index yang mengukur/mengevaluasi harga barang dan jasa bagi konsumen dalam bidang pangan, transportasi, pelayanan kesehatan, dsb. CPI dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat inflasi suatu negara.
Jadwal Rilis : setiap bulan sekali, tanggal tidak tetap


6. Durable Goods Order | Rata-rata Pergerakan 50 – 80 pips
Memberikan laporan/informasi mengenai kuatnya permintaan atas US manufactured durable goods, baik dari sumber-sumber domestik dan luar negeri.
Jadwal Rilis : Dirilis pada tanggal 26 setiap bulan pukul 8.30am EST atau pukul 20.30 WIB


7. Producer Price Index | Rata-rata Pergerakan 50 – 60 pips
Mengukur perubahan harga atas bahan-bahan mentah yang digunakan dalam proses industri manufaktur atau Mengukur perubahan pada tingkat barang-barang setengah jadi dan barang jadi yang dihasilkan oleh imanufaktur. Efek berita berkisar 50 pips sampai 80 pips saja.
Jadwal Rilis : Minggu kedua setiap bulan sepanjang minggu 8:30AM EST atau pukul 20.30 WIB


8. Consumer Price Index | Rata-rata Pergerakan 60 pip
CPI mengukur perubahan dari biaya barang dan jasa konsumen dari bulan ke bulan seperti contohnya pangan, energi, papan, sandang, transportasi, medical care, hiburan, dan edukasi. CPI adalah ukuran yang paling banyak digunakan dalam inflasi.
Jadwal Rilis : pada tanggal 15 setiap bulannya
